How to connect the smart watch?

Step 1:Scan the QR code from user manual to install the “WearFit” APP and switch on phone bluetooth for pairing.

Step 2: Enter app and find ”X5 Pro“ to bind. After connection, you can use the watch to (Call receiveing/Dial) calls and other settings.

Failure to re-pair the watch with the app on your smartphone.

Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled and the watch is not connected to other smartphones.Search this device in the app to pair (Go to the “Device” page → “Pair device” ).Make sure the distance between your smartphone and the watch does not exceed 0.5 meters and keep the watch screen always on when pairing.

How to get message notifications on the watch?

1.Connect te watch with ‘Wear Fit’ App and turn to ‘Watch’→’Notification’

2.Choose the App you want to receive messages. For example, if you want to receive Facebook notification, turn on ‘Facebook’ option and allow notification. Then go to ‘Homepage’ and pull down screen to sync.

3.Please confirm whether the message can be displayed in the notification bar of the phone. The watch receives messages by reading the notification bar of the phone. If the message notification on the phone is not working, the watch cannot receive the message.
