How to do if the text messages can’t be received?

For iOS, please go to your phone Settings-Bluetooth-Find the watch “LW51-***” and make sure that System notification is on.

For android, please go to Settings – Application Management-OnWear Pro-Permissions Management-SMS, make sure it is turned on.
